Neighbour caught on camera pouring urine through letter box and leaving cat poo

The footage, from the early hours of August 6th, shows Sue and Martin Waters' neighbour walking up to their doorstep holding a bottle in gloved hands and appearing to open their letterbox and pour the liquid inside.
