Woman who vandalised Captain Sir Tom Moore memorial spared a 21-week sentence

Madeleine Budd targeted the life-sized statue of the World War Two veteran in Thistley Meadow, Hatton, south Derbyshire, in an environmental protest on September 30.But she was spared an immediate jail sentence of 21-weeks.
