Founder of 'Care4Calais' suggests 'save passage' would end people smugglers

Clare Moseley is the founder for 'Care4Calais', a human rights organisation that aims to help migrants stuck in Calais arrive to the UK. She suggests the save passage scheme adopted for Ukrainian refugees would end the people smugglers.
