Durham police chase three men with no helmets driving a moped 'erratically'

Durham police have chased three men as they were driving 'erratically' on a moped without wearing helmets.The suspects tried to escape on foot before being chased down by officers. The three were arrested on suspicion of theft of the vehicle.
