Terrifying moment Carnival thugs smash woman in the head with gas cannister

This video, released by the Met Police, shows the shocking moment a groups of thugs hit a 19-year-old woman on the head with a gas canister at Notting Hill Carnival in a 'completely unprovoked attack' which left her seriously injured.
