Dog lovers of Nepal dedicate Hindu festival to abandoned street dogs in Lalitpur

Footage shows a dog shelter in Lalitpur, Nepal. People are taking part in 'Kukur Tihar', a ceremony which takes place on at a Hindu festival devoted to animals associated with Yamaraj, the god of death and justice. For one day they worship the dogs.
