Chancellor Jeremy Hunt 'making tough decisions' ahead of Autumn Statement

Transport Secretary Mark Harper told LBC he expected 'difficult decisions' to be made before the Chancellor delivers the Autumn Statement on November 17, and said he expected the NHS to remain a priority in spending decisions.
