Elderly wheelchair user who has a stroke after cops tase him wins $7M lawsuit

Michael Clark, 76, suffered a stroke after cops tased him in his own apartment in Idaho Springs, Colorado back in May 2021. A $7 million settlement has been awarded to Clark after being brutalized by the police.
