Manchester Arena Inquiry Chairman arrives ahead of publication of second report

Chairman Sir Johns Saunders arrives as the Manchester Arena Inquiry prepares to publish Volume Two of its report into the death of the 22 victims of the attack on 22nd May 2017. The report will consider evidence on preparedness of emergency services.
