Plain clothes police shoot dead armed man who was stabbed in New York

Horrific footage of tragic outcome. Shopkeep is assaulted by thug. Shopkeeper chases the thug out of the store after being stabbed, and shoots him. Police intervene and shoot the shopkeeper, who appears to lie on floor dying whiles getting handcuffs.
