Police mistakenly arrest legally blind man over his cane

Bodycam footage shows the moment that Columbia County Sheriff's deputies arrested James Hodges, a legally blind man, on October 31 in Florida. The arrest followed a confrontation over whether or not his walking his stick looked like a weapon.
