Alaa Abdel-Fattah's sister: 'We don't know if he's alive'

Sanaa Seif, the youngest sister of Alaa Abdel-Fattah, a jailed activist who began a hunger strike two days ago, says she and her family 'don't know if he is alive' and are extremely worried about his health.
