Watch thief leaves man unconscious after befriending him over drinks

A man has been convicted after committing watch robbery in London that left his victim unconscious. Lindell Angell was found guilty at Southwark Crown Court after he planned to steal victim's Patek Philippe watch, valued at approximately £145,000.
