The Mayor of London doesn't support tube strikes as they are a 'sign of failure'

When questioned whether he supports the National Union of Rail, Maritime and Transport's decision to have strikes, the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, stated that, 'I don't support tube strikes. I think strikes ultimately are a sign of failure'.
