Ukrainian troops welcomed back to Kherson after Russia abandon regional capital

Ukrainan troops were welcomed back by joyous residents after Russia abandon only regional capital it is captured since the invasion. Residents could be heard cheering: 'Glory to the Ukrainian armed forces'.
