Tenants in Wales paid no rent and left landlord with house 'full of s***'

When the landlords finally managed to access the house, what they found was beyond disgusting. Feaces and bottles of urine, as well as broken windows and rubbish were left everywhere. What is even worse, the tenants paid no rent for over two years.
