Jeremy Hunt can't confirm fuel duty will be frozen in March despite OBR warning

The Chancellor insisted no decision had been taken after the Treasury watchdog pointed to a 'planned 23 per cent increase in the fuel duty rate' in its Autumn Statement analysis. It said the hike would add £5.7 bn to Government receipts next year.
