Motorist mounts on busy cycle lane forcing cyclist on the road during rush hour

A driver was filmed mounting a two-way cycle lane in central London during rush hour forcing many cyclists into the road to avoid a collision. The footage was captured during a cyclist's commute home on Royal Mint Street towards Cable Street.
