CCTV shows Arson attack on low traffic neighbourhood bollards hated by locals

Residents in East Oxford released previously unseen video of vandals setting fire to a bollard in an arson attack in Howard Street. Over less than three weeks drivers are shown destroying the bollards 20 times with vans and cars driving over them.
