Locals battle heavy rain and flooding as Gloucestershire faces weather warnings

Locals in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, battled heavy rain and flooding today as the Met Office issued a severe weather warning for rain and wind from 10am until 7pm. The Environment Agency also issued a Flood Warning in Gloucestershire.
