'Heat and water supply is gradually being restored in Ukraine' says Zelensky

Ukrainian president Volodmyr Zelensky addressed his nation today stating that heat, water supply and communication is gradually being restored to Ukraine. He also pointed out the regions in Ukraine that they are having difficulty supplying.
