Yusuf's uncle breaks into tears saying, 'I begged and begged for help'

Yusuf Mahmud Nazir, five, tragically died of pneumonia after an infection spread to his lungs. Uncle Zaheer Ahmed 'begged and begged' staff to treat his nephew's sore throat but was told 'there are no beds and not enough doctors'.
