Shadow Levelling Up Secretary Lisa Nandy: 'Government failing on policy'

Shadow Levelling Up Secretary, Lisa Nandy, has said the Government are failing on Levelling Up. She said they discovered that the funds are worth £560 million pounds less than when they were granted because of the 'mishandling of the economy'.
