China: The moment an operator scoops puppy out of river with a JBC-style crane

This is the moment a puppy was rescued by an an operator using a JCB-style crane. The curious pup fell in whilst trying to see what the workmen were doing but the quick thinking operator used his incredible precision to save the dog from drowning.
