Elderly man waits seven hours in the rain for an ambulance after fall

Keith Royles, 85, broke his hip while cutting his lawn and was then forced to wait seven hours for an ambulance. Royles has been suffering with terminal Cancer. His family were shocked he had to wait so long despite living close to a hospital.
