Chris Hopson insists NHS is prepared for strike action and army are on standby

Chief of Strategy for NHS England Chris Hopson tells Peston that the NHS is prepared for strike action after the strains of the pandemic. He added, 'We will be asking our friends in the army to help us… the NHS is really good in these crisis'.
