Harrowing moment lifeboat reaches stricken dinghy carrying more than 40 people

At least three are confirmed dead as dinghy carrying more than 40 capsizes in freezing English Channel. The first images from the scene, obtained by Sky News, show the RNLI at sea during the rescue operation.
