Medical Director asks people to only call 999 with 'life threatening conditions'

Medical Director Dr Chris Grant has issued a personal plea asking callers to only call 999 in a life-threatening emergency and if you can't get to hospital. Only call back if they're no longer needed or your condition gets worse.
