Andrew Bailey explains increment for base rate amid concern for mortgage payers

In a video released by the Bank of England governor Andrew Bailey, he stated the bank had increased interest rates to help tackle high inflation, adding that believes rates will 'fall back' mid of next year, so doing this will help the economy.
