RNLI issue statement after Channel migrant boat tragedy

The Royal National Lifeboat Institution issue statement following migrant boat tragedy that took place in the English Channel. A spokesperson said: 'The RNLI exists to save lives at sea, it has sadly been confirmed four people died'.
