Russia deploys Yars missile system on a mobile launcher

Russia ramped up its nuclear threat to the West by deploying a mobile Yars strategic missile regiment in Tver region. The move, shown on video, follows two separate emplacements this week of the missiles in underground silos in Kaluga.
