US State Department Spokesman slams Russia following threats to 'provocative' US

During a Dec. 16 press briefing, US State Department Spokesman Vedant Patel criticizes "aggressor" Russia after comments that any Patriot missile systems and US personnel deployed to train Ukrainian troops on using them would be legitimate targets.
