NHS Chief Executive: 'Strike action will cause harm and risks'

NHS Chief Executive Matthew Taylor has warned that continued strike action will inflict 'harms on the NHS'. He said: 'Industrial action during a winter crisis creates risks and makes it even harder to make progress'.
