Riverside County Sheriff identifies suspect in the fatal shooting of a deputy

Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco identified the suspect in the fatal shooting of a deputy to be William Shae McKay. Mckay has an extensive criminal history that includes kidnapping, robbery and assault.
