Royal College of Nursing Director cites 'lack of staff' to open Nightingale's

Mike Adams, England Director of Royal College of Nursing has said that a 'lack of staff' is putting in doubt the idea that there could be a 'mass rollout of capacity' in Nightingale Hospitals.
