First ferry arrives at Dublin Port under trade rules amid end of Brexit transition

The first ferry has arrived at Dublin Port under new trade rules following the end of the Brexit transition period. Irish Ferries' ship Ulysses docked at 5.55am with about a dozen trucks on board, having travelled from Holyhead in Wales.
