Angry local condemns decision to remove Union Flags from Penzance's promenade

A local man has expresses his anger toward the decision to remove 18 Union Flags that were raised in the Cornish town to celebrate Brexit. The flags were taken down as they were not authorised by Penzance councillors or Cornwall Council.
