Drivers recklessly park on slow lane on M1 with backs turned to traffic

A lorry driver escaped a horrific incident on a slow lane of the M1. As the truck in front of him moved from lane one to two, the lorry saw two cars recklessly parked onto the motorway, with their owners turning their back to the oncoming traffic.
