Parklife festival boss outlines what help festivals need to survive the summer

Sacha Lord, co-founder of Manchester's Parklife festival, has put forward five steps the industry needs if it is to survive another year. It includes a cancellation insurance scheme if the festival season is unable to go ahead this summer.
