Chancellor Rishi Suank unveils £4.6bn of new bailouts in wake of third lockdown

Rishi Sunak today announced another £4.6billion of bailouts for lockdown-stricken businesses as economists warned of the 'colossal' hit from the surging pandemic, as the country was placed into a third national lockdown.
