Boris Johnson outlines plans for vaccine programme & fresh lockdown

Boris Johnson has admitted that he had 'no choice' but to enter a lockdown as he updated MPs on the latest surge of coronavirus across the UK. He said the country is in a race to vaccinate people as quickly as possible before they can be infected.
