Trump supporters rally in DC ahead of congressional vote to certify election

Supporters of U.S. President Donald Trump rallied in downtown Washington, DC on Tuesday night, a day before Congress meets to certify the results of the Nov. 3 presidential election won by Democrat Joe Biden.
