DC police chief confirms Capitol police shot a rioter in the chest

The DC police chief said Ashli Babbit, breached the Capitol building and was shot by a plain clothed Capitol officer. She was later transported to a local hospital where she was pronounced deceased. Her identification is being withheld at this time.
