Major incident declared in London as Khan warns Covid is 'out of control'

London Mayor Sadiq Khan has declared a 'major incident' in the capital, warning that the city will run out of beds at the current rate of hospitalisations from Covid-19. He has asked Londoners to wear masks at all times outside the house.
