Derbyshire friends fined for meeting for a walk speak out at £200 fine

The two friends from Derbyshire who drove a short distance for a walk, have spoken to ITV's This Morning about the £200 fine they faced. Eliza Moore said 'ultimately, their goal was to issue us with a fine' when referring to the police.
