Vallance: 'Levelling off' signs in areas which have been longest in Tier 4

Chief Scientific Advisor Patrick Vallance has said the current lockdown measures seem to be having a 'levelling off' effect on infection numbers in some areas which have been subject to Tier 4 restrictions the longest.
