Officer and passerby come rescue elder trapped in car after he plunged in river

An officer and a passerby came rescuing an elderly man tho dozzed off whilst driving, driving off a Connecticut road, and plunging into an icy river, 25 feet below, on january 9th 2021. The man was safery extracted, and transported him to hospital.
