Dominic Raab calls Universal Credit vote scheduled by Labour 'a political debate'

Foreign Secretary, Dominic Raab says although it's right to have scrutiny, Labour calling a Universal Credit vote, is 'a political debate', rather than a look at government measures. He says the decision should be looked at during the March budget.
