'Serious concern' over doctors who may be sued for 'unlawful killing'

Health Secretary Matt Hancock and Professor Powis respond to a question about whether legislation is needed to protect doctors having to make difficult life and death decisions. The Minister said it would not be necessary and praised the NHS.
