Close to 1,000 people a minute are being tested, says NHS Test and Trace chief

Baroness Dido Harding, chair of NHS Test and Trace programme, has said close to 1,000 people per minute were being tested, whilst speaking to the Commons Public Accounts Committee. She adds that over 7.5 million people have been tested in 2021.
